• Washington State Cosmetology Licenses  

• Established Clientele (Required for experienced stylists)

• Availability for full-time employment

• Ability to work effectively as a team player

• Reliable and Punctual

• Professional appearance

• Instinctive desire to perform high quality services

• Refined customer service skills

• Highly motivated

• A desire to continue to expand knowledge and skill and to continuously grow.​

• Fashionable and Professional Appearance required.  ​

• Strong Administration Skills required.  Director and Coordinators will be making appointments, answering phone calls, and operating the P.O.S. system.

• Strong Social Media skills and Marketing are required.

• Strong Retail sales skills are required.   

• Be a strong team chearleader!  Salon Director and Coordinators will encourage team on goals and sales. 

• Monthly team meetings, and individual professional development coaching.
